Led Primary Series:
Students will be guided in unison through each posture of the Ashtanga Primary Sequence holding each pose for 5 breaths. Good times, my friend.
Progressive Ashtanga. Fun and fast-paced. Look for hip-openers and forward-bending poses as well as arm balances and inversions.
