Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore

Schedule

Mysore yoga is a traditional Hatha yoga practice that focuses on synchronizing breath with a series of postures. Students are encouraged to develop a self-guided practice and move at their own pace.



Ashtanga Yoga - Led Primary

Schedule

Led Primary Series: Students will be guided in unison through each posture of the Ashtanga Primary Sequence holding each pose for 5 breaths. Extremely rewarding!


Ashtanga Moon Days: Backbends and Stretches

Schedule

In Ashtanga Yoga it is traditional to rest from vigorous practice on new moon and full moon days. Mysore classes will be cancelled, and a less strenuous option will be offered.

Intro to Ashtanga

"Intro to Ashtanga" is all about getting you acquainted with the basics of the Ashtanga yoga system.


It's a dynamic and physically demanding style that focuses on a specific sequence of postures linked together with your breath. In this class, we'll guide you through the primary series, incorporating elements like breath control (pranayama), drishti (gazing point), and vinyasa (flow).
We'll be working on building strength, flexibility, and cultivating mindfulness. Don't worry if you're a beginner - this class is designed to give you a structured introduction to Ashtanga while allowing you the space to grow at your own pace. Get ready for a challenging yet rewarding experience that sets the stage for a deeper exploration of Ashtanga yoga.

Sound Sanctuary

Join Jess Gray as she leads a restorative sound bath meditation to help you relax and tap into healing vibrations.



Jess intuitively uses multiple instruments including crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums and bells to create a space that invites each guest to relax and be present.

Heated Vinyasa

Ignite your practice in a heated environment, enhancing detoxification and evenly-paced the Vinyasa flow experience."Warm" classes run from low to mid 80s, and for "hot" classes from upper 80s to low 90s - based on the season and teacher's discretion.
