Led Primary Series: Students will be guided in unison through each posture of the Ashtanga Primary Sequence holding each pose for 5 breaths. Extremely rewarding!
In Ashtanga Yoga it is traditional to rest from vigorous practice on new moon and full moon days. Mysore classes will be cancelled, and a less strenuous option will be offered.
