Ashtanga Yoga - Mysore

Ashtanga Yoga is our studio's foundational practice. The ABCs of yoga. When you sing the "Alphabet Song" you never skip letters or start out of order. And so too is Ashtanga.


Ashtanga Yoga- Led Primary

Schedule

Led Primary Series:

Students will be guided in unison through each posture of the Ashtanga Primary Sequence holding each pose for 5 breaths. Good times, my friend.


Rocket 1

Schedule

Progressive Ashtanga. Fun and fast-paced. Look for hip-openers and forward-bending poses as well as arm balances and inversions. 


Rocket 2

Schedule

Your second series in the Rocket Sequence will include the backbend and spinal twist pose of the seated poseAshtanga on ecstasy.


Rocket 3

Schedule

A combination of the Rocket 1 and Rocket 2 sequences. Fast paced, with fun transitions from Ashtanga's 1st through 3rd series'. Let's sweat, get upside-down, and have a good time!


Budokon Basics

Having trouble executing Budokon's Cobra Roll? Take this class to learn the basic Budokon fundamentals and philosophies. Have an aha moment.


 


Budokon Flow

Schedule

If a yogi and ninja had a baby, this would be the outcome. Fusing martial-arts, yoga, mobility, some animal locomotion, and meditation. Transitions-based practice.



Fluid Power Flow

transition-based flow combining powerful yoga asana postures with graceful and circular movements inspired by dance and martial arts.


Vinyasa (Heated)

Schedule

One breath, one movement. The Sukha Heated Vinyasa jams like a music festival of different artist and genres - all playing their greatest hits. Heated up to 95 degrees.



Slow Flow

Two breaths, one movement. That's the Sukha Slow Flow.



Yin, Restorative, Sound Healing, and Meditation

Schedule

Enjoy an extra-long sound healing Shavasana (deep relaxations) with either crystal bowls, gong, guda drums, chimes, or mantra. Be calm. Be present. Just be.

Evening Rooftop Flow

Weather permitting, every first Saturday of the month. An outdoor, sunset yoga experience that is like no other. 12 floors up. Enjoy the open air and majestic view.
