Vinyasa Flex

Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that moves from one posture to the next with a sequence of connected movements. This practice focuses on breath-synchronized movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance. By exploring a fluid Vinyasa practice with added emphasis on deep stretching, you can increase your flexibility and balance. You will also improve your coordination and agility, as well as reduce stress levels. With this practice, you will be able to move more freely and gracefully. Additionally, you can experience improved health and well-being.

Note: This class is heated to between 80 to 90 degrees.
