Vinyasa is a flowing style of yoga that moves from one posture to the next with a sequence of connected movements. This practice focuses on breath-synchronized movement to build strength, flexibility, and balance. By exploring a fluid Vinyasa practice with added emphasis on deep stretching, you can increase your flexibility and balance. You will also improve your coordination and agility, as well as reduce stress levels. With this practice, you will be able to move more freely and gracefully. Additionally, you can experience improved health and well-being.

Note: This class is heated to between 80 to 90 degrees.

A successful retired USAPL competitive powerlifter of 10 years with records in both Pennsylvania and Virginia. 


Practicing yoga alongside my strength training program allowed me to compete 100% injury free. 


Yoga has been an essential tool to help me succeed not only as a professional athlete, but also as a mother and corporate finance professional in a demanding political environment.

I received my 200 hour yoga hour certification with a focus to Vinyasa and Hatha practice with the intention to encourage others through the healing art of yoga flow, to find balance, prioritizing personal well-being and an overall healthy sense of vitality. 


I am committed to living a compassionate, courageous, healthy life and in everything I do make the world and the surrounding cultural environments a better place through integrity, positivity, and servant-style leadership.
