Upon selecting this membership, your credit card or checking account will be automatically charged the annual membership rate of $3,065 it will then auto-renew at the end of your 12-month membership. If you do not want to auto-renew your membership, you must specify this in writing at least 30 days prior to the end of your membership term. Contact info@sukhacenter.com within 30 days to cancel your membership. Should you cancel your agreement prior to the 12-month term, you will be charged a $50 cancellation fee.
No exceptions or refunds for any unused classes. Please note: refunds are not provided for prolonged absences. In the event of an illness or injury preventing you from coming to class for an extended period of time, membership can be put on a freeze. Physical Therapy Sessions
All follow-up visits are 100% 1:1 time with Dr. C. Each visit begins with an in-depth conversation regarding your symptoms or lack-there-of and a review of an individualized home program. The remaining structure of your visit is based upon conversation and priorities decided upon between you and Dr. C. In regards to treatment, Dr. C likes to employ a test-treat-retest methodology when appropriate to determine the impact of specific treatments in order to optimize your plan for pain relief and improved function sooner, rather than later. Treatments are personalized to you and may include a combination of education regarding your condition and associated lifestyle medicine principles, cardiovascular/strength/endurance training, neuromuscular re-education, manual therapy treatment, exercises specific to your goals, and medical therapeutic yoga.
