Devyn Beswick

Devyn turned to yoga as a way to reconnect with her body and to allow trauma to move through the body. She fell in love with the practice and its ability to yoke mind-body-heart-spirit. After completing her RYT-200, Devyn taught vinyasa, and slow-flow classes, and honed her skills in developing dynamic and intentional sequences. Devyn's classes encourage the connection of both the physical and emotional body, within an empowering and inclusive environment. With guided meditations, breathwork, and her soothing handpan, Devyn's classes are deeply meditative, encouraging a practice of surrender and flow. When she's not teaching in-studio you can find her classes at urban farms, on hikes, and even museums.
