Align & Flow (Beginner Friendly)

Beginner Friendly, practice building express (45 minute) class that focuses on connecting breath to movement, breaking down poses, and mindful movement through sequences. Designed for beginners and those seeking to deepen their practice, this class offers a welcoming space to explore and grow.

Throughout the session, we prioritize the connection between breath and movement, guiding you to synchronize each posture with the rhythm of your breath. By fostering this union, you'll not only enhance your physical practice but also cultivate mindfulness and presence on and off the mat.
